The Middle School Strength and Speed Camp is a 7 week camp that is specifically designed to help introduce future OE athletes to our training program. We will focus on developing safe and effective weight lifting techniques to increase overall strength and power. Additionally, we will introduce drills designed to improve running form and increase top end speed. We are offering a Winter and a Spring session.
