This session will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is designed for athletes to build off their cross country season and maximize their potential. Emphasis on proper training techniques, form, pack running, muscular strength & endurance, nutrition, goal setting, and teamwork among many more.
Our training is tailored to the needs of the individual. We teach basic fitness activities and the fundamentals of cross country to our newest runners while also providing elite training programs for our more fit and experienced runners. All athletes will be challenged to get better each day while focusing on having fun through game play and teamwork.
